1. Usage for GCK LV switchear offered by ZHEBAO Electrical

 

GCK1, GCL1, GCJ1 series low-voltage pull-out / draw out switchgear is suitable for

AC 50, 60 Hz, rated voltage 380V, 660V, rated current 6300A and below

three-phase four-wire system and three-phase five-wire system of

low-voltage distribution system as

 

the power supply receiving, power feeding, busbar connection, power metering, lighting, motor centralized control and power compensation,

In Power Plant, Substation, Industrial & Mineral Enterprise and Tall Building, etc.

 

which includes power center (PC) and motor control center (MCC) functions, and can be designed as a fixed cabinet and drawer cabinet combined system to meet different power supply and distribution needs.

G: = cubicle cabinet,

C: = draw-out style,

K(L.J): = control center (L=motor center, J=power compensation),

1: = design series number,

- X-X:= primary scheme number.

4, Operation conditions

 

4.1  The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40, and the average temperature within 24 hours is not more than +35, not less than - 5. The lowest temperature under storage and transportation conditions is - 30.

 

4.2  Altitude: no more than 2000m

 

4.3  Clean air. Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at the highest temperature + 40. Higher relative temperature is allowed at lower temperature, eg. 90% at + 20.

 

4.4  there is no fire, explosion danger, serious dust, severe vibration, and stormwater intrusion indoors.

 

If the above conditions can not be satisfied, it should be settled through consultation between the user and the manufacturer ZHEBAO Electrical.

 

5, Technical performance and characteristics

 

5.1  This product conforms to  IEC61439-1:2011 (alternating previous IEC60439) international standard and China GB7251.1-2013 national standard and JB/T9661 China professional standard.

 

5.2  In the PC scheme, it has the functions of receiving power below 6300A, busbar connection and feeding. The air circuit breakers eg ZW1/CW1 made in China, or imported ABB, French Schneider and German Siemens are selected as the main switches, which are easy to operate, safe and reliable.

 

5.3  In the MCC scheme, it has the functions of feeding below 630A, lighting, motor control, reactive power compensation and so on. The SM30 series products made in China, or ABB, Schneider and Siemens MCCBs are selected as the main switches.

 

5.4  The receiving main switch has instantaneous, short delay and overload protection. Customers can choose the protection type according to the needs of the system. Customers can choose the protection type with self-switching, non-self-switching and switching control.

 

5.5  Horizontal busbar has two types: single bus segment and non-segment. When single bus segment is adopted, bus switch has self-switching, non-self-switching and switching control.

 

5.6  Motor control circuit has short-term, instantaneous, overload, under-voltage, voltage relief and phase-breaking protection. AC contactor can be operated silently, which can save energy.

 

5.7  Exceeding the motor control capacity listed in this sample, it can be fixed installed by plug-in switch.

 

5.8  Our company can produce non-standard products according to the needs of users.

 

5.9  According to the IEC standard and component characteristics, the coefficient of reduction is 0.7-0.8.
